As Brand Ambassador, you are the face of our Maison towards customers, constantly promoting our values and standards. You drive the boutique revenue, exceeding sales target by monitoring boutique KPIs and managing the team. You monitor the profitability of your boutique. You guarantee customer experience excellence and engage and enable your team to promote excellence and to surpass themselves MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES •Drive sales in order to meet or even exceed store financial plans : •Analyze Key Performance Indicators (sales, conversion rate, UPT, VPT, FIV, results of Mystery shopper etc.) individual performance of the sales team, sales per category and universe (best/worst, small leather goods, handbags, luggage, etc. …) to build your commercial action plan •Implement LANCEL commercial calendar ; recommend adjustment (if needed) for local commercial specificities : local events, competitive environment •Set up actions to recruit and develop a loyal client base: CRM, clientelling, B to B commercial partnerships •Ensure an adapted zoning of the boutique •Define action plans in order to boost sales •Create a business environment that guarantees an irreproachable customer service according to the values of our Maison •Show exemplarity in managing the customer relationship : welcoming, selling techniques, management of the conflicts, treatment of after sales services etc. •Responsible for executing boutique visual standards in accordance with VM guidelines, executing flawless product presentation •Ensure a luxurious and modern general atmosphere of the boutique : cleanliness of the boutique, organization of the stockroom and collective spaces, impeccable uniforms •Guarantee the operational excellence of the boutique •Master and implement the Retail Book procedures and the operational tools provided by Retail Management (opening/closing check lists, monthly check list, audit flash grid etc.) •Optimize store schedules to boost the commercial activity (floor coverage, FTE vs hourly amplitude, traffic …) •Prevent loss by organizing regular inventories, educating the staff, monitoring daily store activity, ensuring company policies are followed •Manage all cash flow accounting for the boutique and outline any causes of cash register errors •Ensure a qualitative administrative follow-up with Accounting and HR departments •Organize the stockroom to optimize the accessibility to products during the sale •Define a specific zoning for storage within the stockroom (products, packaging, after sales returns…) and an appropriate signage •Inform systematically the staff about the stock status (content of the deliveries, new collections, availability of product, possible breaks …) •Manage floor stock replenishment to maintain appropriate level of product on the floor • Monitor the profitability of the boutique •Achieve payroll plan through overseeing store schedules, monitoring labor costs and adapting to business conditions based on weekly and monthly sales •Control cost of supplies orders (stationery, bagging, cleaning products …) • Act as an Ambassador and represent the Maison by attending meetings of retail organizations and local committees. Seasoned team leader, previous boutique management is a must
