YOUR ROLE As a Brand Ambassador, you constantly demonstrate the values of our Maison to our customers while optimizing sales and exceeding target. You offer to each customer an exceptional shopping experience and maintain a close relationship to develop client loyalty You actively contribute to maintain the operational excellence of the boutique YOUR MAIN RESPONSABILITIES I) Ensure a qualitative relationship with customers •Provide to each customer the LANCEL approach in order to offer an exceptional shopping experience •Demonstrate knowledge of our Maison (Brand values, collections, products, services, press updates etc.) its competitive environment and the Luxury codes •Provide efficient sale service within the Lancel standards: packing, cash operations, collecting customers’ data etc. •Create your own client book and suggest actions for a loyalty plan II) Participate actively in the boutique revenue growth •Contribute to the achievement of the boutique sales targets by meeting the KPIS goals (Sales turnover, unit per transaction, value per transaction, conversion rate, etc.) •Maximize sales through additional sales, cross-selling and up-selling •Demonstrate knowledge of the collections in order to understand customers’ needs and answer accordingly to their requests and objections •Have a global vision of the stock and product availabilities in order to quickly answer to customers •Suggest innovative actions in order to attract and recruit new customers III) Participate actively in the life of the boutique •Contribute in maintaining the boutique appearance in accordance with LANCEL visual presentation standards and general housekeeping procedures •Undertake cash register operations (receipt, exchange, refund, credit note, reimbursement, etc.) •Undertake stock operations (deliveries, tagging, replenishments, transfers etc.) •Participate in inventory operations •Undertake and follow after-sales services as well as all the personalized services that can be proposed to customers •Have an open and constructive communication with team members and demonstrate team spirit •Respect LANCEL procedures and follow the directives from the store management •Occasionally manage opening and closing of the boutique •Can be authorized to detain the keys and alarm access of the boutique
